I asked hotel receptionist staff to check on my 12 year old daughter by calling her twice to see if she was alright in her room because she was not feeling well so I let her stay. They said yes, but when I came back after my business meeting, my daughter said nobody called to check on her for the entire afternoon till evening. Very disappointed. The Internet kept on discontinuing. Not good reception. The cleaner is quite heavy with how she cleans nearby rooms. A lot of noise from opening and closing roughly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei. The location is great, with the nearest MRT station just a short walk away. The staff was extremely helpful in providing directions to popular tourist areas, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable night's rest. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and the view from the rooftop garden was stunning.
The decor in the hotel is a bit dated, but it doesn't take away from the overall comfort of the room.
